✔ Stakeholder Engagement & Social Impact Assessments (SIA) – Facilitating meaningful dialogues with local communities, indigenous groups, and vulnerable populations to ensure their voices shape project outcomes.
✔ Livelihood Restoration & Community Development – Designing programs that enhance socio-economic resilience, from skills training to equitable compensation frameworks.
✔ Gender & Social Inclusion (GESI) – Promoting diversity and equity in project planning to empower women, youth, and marginalized groups.
✔ Human Rights Due Diligence – Aligning projects with international standards (e.g., IFC Performance Standards, UN Guiding Principles) to prevent and address risks.
