Project Management

The Consultant’s approach to project management is based on its extensive experience in undertaking technical and client representative project management roles for many similar projects in Uganda. The Consultant shall build on its demonstrated project management experience and tools to manage this project such that high-quality outputs are delivered on time and within budget. This is complemented and strengthened by the specialized project management and QA/QC skills of the nominated key professional staff in our proposed team.
