Project Management

The Consultant’s approach to project management is based on its extensive experience in undertaking technical and client representative project management roles for many similar projects in Uganda. The Consultant shall build on its demonstrated project management experience and tools to manage this project such that high-quality outputs are delivered on time and within budget. This is complemented and strengthened by the specialized project management and QA/QC skills of the nominated key professional staff in our proposed team.

Provision of Detailed, Clear and Accurate Reporting

Reporting is the final step in Project delivery and can be considered to be the most important step. The delivery of professional and reliable report is central to the objectives of the Project. If this aspect of the Project is poor, then all other works undertaken are of wasted effort. GeCoL’s methodology to achieve Project success relies on clear, accurate and detailed reporting. It is central to GeCoL’s strategy for delivery of the proposed Project and is reflected in the high quality, experienced and qualified people that GeCoL proposes to undertake the Project.
